Lindsay is passionate about organizational development, creating employee-centric cultures and increasing overall business and individual effectiveness.

Before starting COOPERROSE, Lindsay held multiple Corporate HR leadership roles and experienced first hand the value that investment in talent creates. She has coached individuals and teams of all skill levels. Lindsay has proven and extensive HR experience in the public and private sector, in small and mid-size size organizations, multinationals and across a variety of industries. 

Lindsay uses a personalized approach when creating solutions with her clients. Her commitment to fostering authentic relationships yields positive, sustainable results. Lindsay's goal is to help you help your business through your teams. 

Lindsay's academic history includes a B.A. in Psychology from Queen's University, an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behaviour from the Schulich School of Business and an Adult Learning and Development Certification from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE).

She is a Certified Coach Practitioner and is accredited to facilitate DiSC®, Lominger Voices 360 and Predictive Index.
